People often collect things like stamps, books and records. They are common. But the strangest collection is that a man who collected 1500 clocks in his house. When you enter his house, you find clocks in every room of his house. The living-room is surrounded by shelves which were filled with clocks. Because there is not space for so many clocks, the man filled several bags with clocks and stored them in the garage. His wife suffers every day from the work she has to do, for it isn’t easy to dust several hundred clocks. She also complains about the noise. Each clock keeps its own time, so that the alarm sounds can be heard any time during the day and the night. She thinks there’s something worse than dust and noise, she never knows what time it is!
